I\u2019m Anca Monica, a holistic therapist and the founder of Armonia. Through Family Constellations, ThetaHealing\u00ae, Feng Shui, BaZi Chinese Astrology and other integrative approaches, I support people in exploring the patterns, beliefs and dynamics that may be influencing their relationships, choices and direction in life.<\/p>\n

Armonia was created as a space where different perspectives come together \u2014 systemic, energetic and symbolic \u2014 with one common intention: to help you understand yourself and your story more deeply.<\/p>\n

Rather than following a single method, I adapt the process to the person and the question they bring. Sometimes this means exploring family and transgenerational patterns; other times, subconscious beliefs, personal cycles or even the relationship between you and the space in which you live or work.<\/p>\n

At the heart of Armonia is the belief that greater awareness creates space for different choices \u2014 and that meaningful transformation begins with seeing more clearly what is already present.<\/p>\n

A Journey of discovery, learning and growth<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

My journey has always been one of continuous discovery. Over the years, I have deepened my knowledge through Family Constellations, ThetaHealing\u00ae, Feng Shui, Chinese BaZi Astrology, and other holistic approaches. Each of these has offered me a different perspective and a different tool for understanding ourselves, our experiences, and the world around us.<\/p>\n

But my journey is still unfolding. I continue to explore feminine energy, our connection with nature, the rhythms and cycles of life, and the wisdom and knowledge passed down from one generation to another. And along the way, I am discovering the shaman within me.<\/p>\n

For me, this is not about adding another method or defining myself through a particular practice. It is about reconnecting with something that may have always existed within us \u2014 the ability to listen, to feel, to observe, to live in communion with nature, and to sense our connection with something greater than ourselves.<\/p>\n

Every path I have explored has become a different instrument \u2014 a way of connecting more deeply with my intuition, with the Divine, and with the mystery of life.<\/p>\n

I continue to learn. I continue to discover. I continue to grow. And perhaps, in the end, the journey is not about becoming someone else, but about remembering who we have always been.<\/p>\n
