What is ThetaHealing\u00ae?<\/span><\/h3>\n

ThetaHealing\u00ae is a meditation and spiritual development technique that works with the Theta state,<\/strong> a deeply relaxed and receptive state, to facilitate connection with the Creator of All That Is<\/strong> and access to your intuition.<\/p>\n

In ThetaHealing\u00ae, we work with the understanding that the thoughts, emotions and beliefs<\/strong> we carry can influence the way we perceive and experience life.<\/strong> Some of these beliefs are conscious, while others may operate at deeper levels and can be connected to our experiences, our family or what we have learned throughout our lives.<\/p>\n

Through meditation, intuitive perception and Belief Work<\/strong>, you learn to recognize these programs and explore what lies behind them. ThetaHealing\u00ae works with beliefs on four levels \u2013 Core, Genetic, History and Soul<\/strong> \u2013 using specific techniques to identify and change them. <\/span><\/p>\n

The technique also includes developing your intuitive abilities, intuitive readings and body scans, working with emotions and fears, manifestation and exploring the Seven Planes of Existence. Practice is an essential part of the process: you learn to observe, ask questions, feel and apply the techniques rather than simply understanding them theoretically. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
