At 15, I received a book on Feng Shui. It was more than just a book\u2014it was a symbol of hope, a different way to see life, a possibility for a brighter future when I had none otherwise. I clung to that possibility and believed in it.<\/span> [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.4″ text_font=”–et_global_body_font||||||||” text_text_color=”#4B3241″ text_font_size=”15px” text_orientation=”justify” max_width=”600px” module_alignment=”center” text_text_align=”justify” locked=”off” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n Family Constellations became another powerful key, helping me see how my family\u2019s history affected my present. Through this, I began to heal the wounded inner children within me, to recognize the impact of my parents\u2019 choices and limitations, and, most importantly, to offer myself the love and care I had longed for. From a young age, life was far from easy. Growing up, I witnessed my parents fighting and my mother bearing the scars of violence. When my parents left Ia\u0219i, Romania, to work in Paris, I was only 15, left without financial support, care or a home. Until age 38, I barely called my father, maybe just to say Happy Birthday, and always with no real connection from his side.<\/span>
I endured difficult and painful experiences, including being vulnerable to abuse.<\/span><\/p>\n
My journey with Feng Shui deepened as I studied with Cristina Groza and later with Master Raymond Lo in Dubai. It was during this time, in a holistic center, that I encountered Theta Healing\u2014a therapy that felt like a reconnection with myself. Within months, I was in Edinburgh studying multiple Theta Healing courses, uncovering and healing limiting beliefs that affected my love life, finances, career, and even my deeper sense of physical and intuitive well-being. This work helped me understand that my beliefs shaped my reality, and by transforming them, I could transform my life.<\/span><\/p>\n
My 200-hour yoga teacher training in Goa, India, brought a whole new dimension to my healing journey\u2014the importance of caring for the physical body as our vehicle in this life. This deepened my passion for understanding how the body somatises traumatic experiences\u2014how it holds onto trauma as a way to survive and keep moving forward. I\u2019m excited to continue learning about this profound connection between body and healing.<\/span><\/p>\n
For anyone reading this, know that you are not alone. We are all connected, and while our paths are unique, they all lead us back to ourselves\u2014the truest, most authentic version.
