I believe it would be selfish not to share what I\u2019ve learned. To hold back the knowledge and practices that changed my life would mean denying others the chance to experience shift and growth\u2014a perspective rooted in the belief that\u00a0<\/span>healing flourishes in connection<\/strong>. At any point, my perspective reflects the present state of my own consciousness; it\u2019s not fixed, and I accept that it may evolve. By sharing it authentically, I can offer others a chance to recognize similar patterns, or perhaps spark inspiration for their own transformation.<\/span><\/p>\n
