What are Family Constellations?
Family Constellations (also known as Systemic Constellations) is a powerful therapeutic method that looks beyond the individual to the entire family system. Often, the challenges we face today—whether financial blocks, difficult relationships, or unexplained anxiety—do not belong entirely to us. They are “invisible loyalties” to the unresolved traumas or fates of our ancestors.
Through this process, we bring to light the hidden dynamics of your lineage, restore the “Orders of Love,” and allow the life force to flow freely once again.
You aren’t to blame for the patterns you carry, but you are the only one with the power to resolve them through the honoring of your lineage.
When do you need a constellation session?

Do I need to bring my family to the session?
No. The work is done individually or with a group of participants who act as “representatives” for your family members. The shift starts within you and ripples through the entire system.
What is the investment for a Family Constellations session?
The investment for a full Family Constellation Journey (2.5 hours) is €150. This fee covers the comprehensive 4-step process, including the genogram mapping, object placement, and healing integration.
How long does it take to see results?
Constellations work at the soul level. While some feel an immediate sense of “lightness,” the full integration often unfolds in the weeks and months following the session.
Why does it last 2.5 hours?
This work requires a dedicated space of presence and stillness. We don’t just talk about the problem; we map it, observe it, and shift it. This time ensures we reach a point of resolution and peace before ending the session.
