Why I decided to share my healing journey
In the spirit of living in harmony, ARMONIA with Anca Monica was born from a simple yet profound realization: nothing in life happens by chance, and every step of our journey carries the potential to guide us toward our true self. As I navigated my own path of healing—exploring family dynamics, learning to face difficult truths, and embracing transformation—I found myself drawn to share this experience, not only as a facilitator but as a fellow traveler.
Healing Today, Thriving Tomorrow
Healing is not a destination but a process—one that leads us from pain and confusion to clarity and renewed purpose. For me, the journey revealed the subtle connections weaving my story into the present, and awakened a deep longing to help others find the same balance. The world moves fast, yet here, I invite you to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
The courage to share
I believe it would be selfish not to share what I’ve learned. To hold back the knowledge and practices that changed my life would mean denying others the chance to experience shift and growth—a perspective rooted in the belief that healing flourishes in connection. At any point, my perspective reflects the present state of my own consciousness; it’s not fixed, and I accept that it may evolve. By sharing it authentically, I can offer others a chance to recognize similar patterns, or perhaps spark inspiration for their own transformation.
Every perspective matters
What I share is only my truth as it exists now, shaped by personal experience and learning. Tomorrow, my viewpoint may change, but expressing it openly invites dialogue and community—creating space for all of us to evolve together. If my story resonates, perhaps we’ll find the courage to choose our own “hard”—to face life’s challenges and embrace meaningful change.
