15. Special Terms and Conditions for Retreat Events

By way of derogation from the general rules applicable to individual or online sessions, the organization of and participation in immersive retreat events (with physical attendance, accommodation, and meals included at Erbiceni) are subject to the following strict conditions, which are determined by group logistics and firm contractual commitments made to the venue and service providers:

15.1. Booking and Spot Confirmation: A spot in the retreat is confirmed and guaranteed only after the payment is made (deposit or full payment, depending on the chosen option) into the bank account indicated in Article 5 and the payment confirmation is sent.

15.2. Cancellation and Refund Policy (Retreat): Since accommodation and catering services are booked and paid for in advance for the exact number of registered persons, the amounts paid are non-refundable in case of no-show or cancellation initiated by the Client less than 30 days before the event. In case of cancellation announced at least 30 days before the start of the retreat, the paid amount will be refunded, minus a 20% administrative fee to cover booking commissions.

15.3. Transferring the Spot to another Participant (Retreat): If a Client can no longer participate for personal reasons, they may transfer their spot to another person (found by the Client). The Client is required to notify the Provider via email at armoniahello@gmail.com or by calling 0040742888880 at least one week (7 days) before the start of the retreat, providing the full details of the new participant (Name, Surname, Phone, Email, Dietary restrictions).

15.4. Emotional Responsibility and Health: Participation in deep group processes (Family Constellations and the “Calea Dorinței” workshop) is completely voluntary. The Client declares on their own responsibility that they are mentally, emotionally, and medically stable, consciously acknowledging that systemic dynamics can trigger intense inner experiences. These activities are complementary wellness services and do not, under any circumstances, replace clinical psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment.

15.5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: The Client is required to mention all dietary restrictions and allergies in the registration form. The Provider will forward these details to the team preparing the artisanal meals at Erbiceni; however, the final responsibility for strictly managing severe food allergies rests entirely with the participant.

15.6. Image Rights (Photo/Video): During the 3 days, short photo and video materials may be recorded to document the retreat and promote future editions of the Armonia brand. By participating, the Client gives their agreement in principle. If a participant explicitly wishes not to appear in materials that will be published on social media, they are kindly requested to specify this in writing before the start of the event or directly on-site.
